Organizations, members, and credits
Manage shared resources, roles, wallets, and AI usage.
How organizations work
Organizations let teams share projects, accounts, operating resources, and an organization wallet. Personal resources and a personal wallet remain available.
Role guidance
Grant the minimum access needed. Owners manage billing and membership; operators manage content and schedules; temporary collaborators receive task-specific access.
Organization and personal wallets
AI text, analysis, and image generation consume credits based on usage.
- Subscription credits are issued monthly under plan rules.
- Top-up credits do not expire monthly.
- Usage is grouped by product feature.
- Admins can set appropriate member limits.
Control usage
Review usage for multi-platform rewriting, generation, analysis, and images. Test direction with a small sample before generating in bulk.
Team governance
Assign owners for project facts, account profiles, templates, approvals, and billing. Shared context needs change rules so that any member cannot silently overwrite active brand information.
- Review active members and roles monthly.
- Change access immediately when responsibility changes.
- Set limits and approvals for high-cost functions.
- Notify content owners after material project changes.
- Retain a record of important usage and approvals.
