Account security baseline

Administrators and members with publishing access should enable two-factor authentication and use unique strong passwords. Avoid sharing accounts, one-time codes, or recovery material in chat.

• Enable two-factor authentication and store recovery material.
• Confirm that login email and recovery methods still work.
• Grant management and publishing access only when required.
• Remove unused devices and former members.
• After suspicious activity, rotate credentials before reviewing automation and connections.
